Westbrook Asset Management offers several programs for sellers. Depending on your timeframe, budget, and tolerance for risk, we will recommend a program that is best tailored for your needs.
We will negotiate a mutually agreeable cash purchase of the seller’s surplus assets. The assets will be sold in a method that is mutually agreeable to both seller and Westbrook Asset Management.
We guarantee the seller a specific net minimum return for the sale of assets in an auction. After the net minimum amount is achieved and auction expenses are covered, proceeds are divided between Westbrook Asset Management and the seller as previously negotiated.
We will conduct an auction sale on the seller’s behalf. Buyers or sellers typically pay Westbrook Asset management a commission. Sale expenses are deducted from the sale proceeds.
We will market the seller’s surplus assets over a period of time without pressure to sell them quickly. This option will typically return the highest asset value to the seller.
